Made Her Think accepts exchanges ONLY on items purchased from the online store or over the phone for up to 30 days after the order was received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Made Her Think guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship.
A refund will only be issued if the item is defective and Made Her Think is notified within 7 days of order receipt.

Vermeil plating and oxidation are finishes that will fade over time. Made Her Think is happy to re-finish items at the customer’s expense.
